I've mentored Jeff for a large part of his career and have seen him mature into an effective leader. In 2013 he was selected to take on a Program Quality Manager’s role for a critical sector proposal as a stretch assignment. Jeff showed poise in the new position and adapted quickly to the demanding environment. His calm and positive demeanor served him well in leading a team of engineers and working effectively with other functional groups. I’m confident he’ll continue to excel in his career as he takes on future challenges.

I have worked with Jeff in his Program Integrator role for the past year and have enjoyed his disciplined management skills in the initiatives supporting one of our major production lines. Further, one of the keys to Jeff’s success here at Northrop is his ability to bring the different disciplines together, formulate a viable plan, and effectively execute the plan with all parties support. He is able to accomplish this function successfully because of his team building and influential professional strategies to build trust and engage people at both the team and individual levels.
