Also, facilitated team using KanBan as their agile development framework. • Worked closely with Sales, Marketing, Support and Hardware Engineering to produce requirements documents for new features, planning their timely release within a dynamic roadmap. Features included Fibre media changer, SKLM/KMIP encryption key management, automatic firmware download/staging, IPv6 support, hardware failover, and XML interface.• Oversaw $1M+ departmental budget.
