I highly recommend for any Project Manager position . I had the pleasure of working closely with Jeff on many high profile projects. He has the unique ability to unite a team and utilize everyone's strengths achieve the desired project results, even with additional challenges of managing different locations and cultures. His project meetings are always well organized, information, energetic and managed in an easy to follow format. He always has a demeanor which encourages team members to be active participants. He also as extensive knowledge of all manufacturing processes which help to deliver results and timeline. Jeff would be an asset to any organization.

I worked with Jeff for well over 20 years in different roles in the company. When I worked for him, his mentoring skills, steady leadership, knowledge and decision making skills allowed me to learn and progress in my job. Later we worked in different departments, but still worked together. Jeff possesses good analytical and problem solving skills. He is knowledgeable in all areas of quality, CAD, engineering processes, manufacturing processes, and project management. Jeff interacts very well with people gaining their respect quickly. Jeff adapted to each new job tittle, acquiring any skills he needed, and was successful in each one.
