For me, JC is a very agile supervisor. His expertise in wide landscape of the work really helps shape my understanding on day-to-day basis. Always based on practicality, his feedbacks always bring new perspective on problem solving, while also encourage you (as colleague) to think and find your own way of dealing with things. Not merely telling things to do, but he always make sure you understand what you’re doing. Working with JC has been one of a pleasant experience, as his fast-paced attitude also pushes you to be an efficient worker alongside him.
