  Founded AGMED, Inc. ( now ImmunoDX) in 1992; self-funded the Company. The Company was profitable right from the start. Introduced products – recombinant antigens, antibodies and other value-added products early on, and provided a host of other human disease state antigens and antibodies in the following years, for application in human diagnostics, drug development and basic research (ImmunkoDx@immunodx.com) IDX LLC has now developed a proprietary gene cloning system for STABLE expression of proteins in human HEK293, SUPT1 and other human cell systems. Uniquely, the expression system has a reporter gene incorporated in the expression plasmid in which cytosolic/secretory protein expression is detected in 3-5 days of cell transfection and selection- < 5 minute, one-step lateral flow diagnostic test. Stable expression of the reporter gene product confirms the simultaneous expression of the cloned gene product of interest in the cells.
