Responsible for oversight of on-air content for all Entercom sports radio stations across the country. Held weekly conference call with all local market program directors to discuss strategies, both on and off the air, that would help them gain a larger share of their audience. Filed monthly reports to the corporate identifying strengths and weaknesses of all the brands I worked with, in addition to recommending specific personnel moves that would help each individual station. I also took the lead in hiring new program directors for these local markets when that became necessary.
