      I was employed as an Admin officers during my first year working for the company, my main job was to key in data, generate invoice & delivery, issue cheque, chasse payment, caculate salary and coopearte with HR & operation department that is the most importmant part of the company’s daily running, I did make some changes to improve the efficiency for my job, and it is still working great for my colleauges untill now. I applied for a department shift at the second year looking forward to more challenge and selftraing to learn more and understand more. I found that the most difficult part of operation is not only get all drivers and their schedule arranged perfectly but also trying best to settle driver’s self problem. What’s more, I learned how to meet all customers’ different request and solve their complain, sometime it’s because of the last minute changing.
