  One area CP previously had no experience, was providing a 3D service to its client base. I came on board and quickly established a substantial extra revenue stream, providing 3D advice to creative pitches, then utilising my previous knowledge and experience, to fully manage the manufacturing process from brief to delivery, by outsourcing production. This was a novel and unique strategy which has proven successful for all those involved. We were able to compete on creativity, but more importantly, we could meet all clients financial objectives and challenges as we were able to source the right printer / finisher suitable for each job, not being affiliated to a single production house allows for flexibility and no limits on capacity.
