Op deze manier wil de website een zo groot mogelijk (jongeren)publiek inspireren om meer leuke evenementen te ontdekken, en te laten zien wat hun eigen stad allemaal te bieden heeft op het gebied van culturele activiteiten. Dit wil Propagenda.nl bereiken door een poster-overzicht van alle evenementen per stad online weer te geven. Dit website-platform kan dan ook het beste worden omschreven als: "online-aanplakmuur". Daarbij spreken posters van evenementen veel mensen aan en geeft het bezoekers snel een goede indruk van het evenement. Bovendien wordt hierdoor het traditionele (lukraak) verspreiden van posters in de stad verplaatst naar één centrale website, waardoor het een milieuvriendelijk reclame alternatief vormt. Tot slot maakt de website het effect van elke poster inzichtelijk en biedt het culturele instellingen aanvullende promotie-opties.
