A quick learner, Janis picked up on the temporary works projects very quickly, and in just less than a year, was able to prepare drawings for shoring, scaffolding and demolition projects with minimal guidance. Janis is able to think on his feet and offer solutions to problems before others have been able to digest all the information. We were sad to see Janis's time in Vancouver come to an end, but would hire Janis back if the opportunity presented itself.
