Your presentation was (in keeping with the current sports time frames) both a home run and touchdown! Participants were obviously engaged – and I was pleased to see serious chat engagement. Truly – your presentation was simply amazing. We all love well organized presentations that incorporate research, practical applications and inspiration. Well done!!!

Janine's description of being an "encore careers champion" couldn't be more accurate. After meeting with her about a social enterprise idea where I would like to employ someone in an encore career, Janine offered concrete ideas and suggestions into what someone in that stage of life would be looking for in an encore career, while having a host of connections in order to link those looking for encore careers with non-profits who gain so much value by building on the wisdom and experience found within this group of people. Janine's passion for building encore career opportunities was so evident throughout our conversation and I definitely witnessed firsthand how she is a "go-to" person in this area.

Having recently attended a JVA seminar facilitated by Janine I can honestly say that she is one of the best, and I've attended many seminars in my career. Her knowledge on the Encore Careers topic, along with her amazing ability to engage each and every individual in her audience, was top notch and worth every minute. She pulled ideas from everyone and could relate to every subject and question. She is someone I need to keep in my network of associates with knowledge and energy.. Steve Richardson, C.P.M. Trained by Frameworks Institute to deliver workshops on how to use research-based strategic communications to shift negative and inaccurate perceptions about aging. The goal? To advance support for policies and practices that respond to the increased longevity in our country and leverage the contributions of older people while also helping meet their needs as they age.
