  I am currently leading a team of people from across the college to develop a plan for decreasing students' time to 15-credit hours and graduation, through a first year experience program. Our final product will be a measurable plan, stemming from the college's core values, which will be implemented incrementally over a 5-year period as part of the college's accreditation for Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC).This is my second time in this role. Between 2012 and 2019 I led a team that successfully selected, developed, and implemented "Read Deeper: Critical Reading Across Disciplines" which was accepted by SACSCOC with no recommendations.
