Designed and built an electric race car for an international engineering competition called Formula Student. After my first year in the team I continued for another year as a member of the Drivetrain Module. The first place in the world ranking list was defended and three out of four competitions won overall.- Did electrical layout of the motor to the specific requirements of the car- Liaised with the companies producing the active components of the motor to discussfeasibility of production, time schedules and assembly processes- Was Supervisor of the Aerodynamics Module Show less

Designed and built an electric race car for an international engineering competition called Formula Student. As part of my Bachelor degree I joined the team of the ETH Zürich in the Aerodynamics Module. The team was able to secure the overall win in two out of four competitions and climbed to the first place in the world ranking list.- Developed an aerodynamics package consisting of a front wing, a rear wing and an undertray to increase the cars performance- Ran CFD simulations and analyze the results to optimize the aerodynamics- Verified the results of the CFD simulations with a full scale wind tunnel test- Worked in close collaboration with the Chassis Module for integration and packaging- Ran FEA simulations to determine the layup of carbon fibre reinforced plastics(CFRP) parts and manufactured them Show less
