      I am the Director of the Environment & Engineering team, which provides a range of services including EIA, planning, noise assessments, GIS / CAD mapping, shadow flicker assessments, civil engineering, geotechnical assessments, soil resistivity measurements and expert witness services.Since joining TNEI in 2006 I have worked on over 4.5 GW of onshore renewable energy projects. Project support includes initial site finding and feasibility assessment, planning applications / EIAs, appeals (where required) along with post consent services including due diligence, compliance monitoring and complaints investigations. I have developed a particularly detailed knowledge of wind farm noise assessments and in 2013/2014 I was involved in the drafting of Good Practice Guidance for wind farm noise assessment for the Institute of Acoustics (IOA GPG).At TNEI, our team of specialists support a variety of clients including project developers, operators, Local Authorities and Government departments.
