I had the opportunity to witness James' leadership ability, teamwork capabilities, and critical thinking skills as his instructor and advisor on a research project. He assisted me in a research project where he was tasked with collecting data in a public setting. His critical thinking skills were a great asset to the project and he worked hard to contribute to the collection of reliable data. During his work on this project it was clear that James is quick to learn, confident, and an outstanding team member. These attributes were also obvious in the classroom where he actively participated in class and served as an excellent leader in his group project.

As a peer of James, we have worked with each other on several projects while at North Carolina State University. James is an extremely motivated, hard-working, and talented individual who has proven to me how much of a team player he is.
