  I represent clients at all stages of patent disputes, from pre-complaint investigations and freedom-to-operate opinions through arbitrations or trials in federal district court or before the U.S. International Trade Commission and appeals at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. I also represent clients in post-grant challenges before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Drawing on my degree in mechanical engineering and experience as an engineer, I advise and represent clients across a wide range of industries and technologies, including medical devices, office equipment, semiconductor manufacturing, mobile telecommunications, and power tools.
