Matt is one of those of the younger generation that is frustratingly, albeit positively, not demonstrable of a generation gap. What a thing to read, you might say. However... Matt is a representation of a person out of history; outstanding work ethic, coachable, a pleasure to work with and a pleasure to know personally. Admittedly, I had a difficult outlook on the younger generation. But, here comes Matt, eager to get the job done - but done correctly, first time and at first touch. It doesn't take long for Matt to gain accuracy and precision with whatever it is he puts his hands to, and he can translate that back in regular everyday language, showing his gaining mastery of the project. Few mistakes from Matt, but thankfully he has those, otherwise he would be more frustrating. That said, Matt is genuinely a joy to occupy space and time with; a witty young man whose attitude makes work, well... not seem like work. A quick study, and an eager mind ready to be shaped to expertise. Matt is definitely on his way to becoming a leader, and his player coach attitude and outlook are something rarely encountered today.
