Oversee Career Transition Services and lead the workshops and weekly career trend presentations.CAREER COUNSELING- Counsel individual clients going through outplacement process. - Coach and facilitate effective career transition through the use of various tools including self-assessment, assessment feedback, goal setting, and on-going job search strategy. - Meet with clients for initial orientation sessions. Explain program components and elicit information regarding client’s vocational background, future employment aspirations, and career development options.- Counsel clients regarding the psychological impact of job loss.EXPERT RESUME WRITER & FACILITATION- Work with clients individually to prepare resumes and job search correspondence.
