Major achievements:o Successful production transfer for Intake Manifold’s induction welding and vibration welding process from Mikuni’s japan plant to Mikuni’s Reynosa facilities.o Successful transition to new PFMEA AIAG/VDA for a better risk analysis.o Successful completion of one piece flow project, carrying out the layout design, the facilities preparation and the massive movement of 20 CNCs and 4 assembly lines, saving enough space to set the new Intake Manifold production Line.o Successful implementation of an administrative tool to manage the production line information (Cycle times, MOST, capacities, process shared loading plan, work flow, operators balancing, headcount, OEE) and ensure the best utilization of available resources (Man/Machine).
