Iman has an amazing balance between being goal-oriented and people-oriented, which is very hard to find. Meaning, he will successfully fulfill his tasks but also find time to help other team members grow. He is a very good active listener with empathy for others. He has a very broad understanding of technology in general but also motivation to learn more specific things. Iman calmed everybody down when the team was under pressure when he stepped up and suggested an appropriate solution to any dilemma we presented. When I was building my webpage and thinking about the advertising strategy, Iman helped me a great deal because he understood the social media trends and method of operating. His open mind and creativity helped me to view the matter in a more effective way. Iman is a true professional whom I would choose to have in my team over and over again.

Iman was my neighbour for about 3 years and is now one of my closest friends. We occasionally go climbing together or out with friends on social events. If I were to describe Iman, I would say that he is a great friend with a big heart and a good sense of humour. He is the guy who includes everyone and brings out the best in people. I believe Iman could be a great motivational speaker or team-leder of some sort with his natural ability to make people laugh and feel accepted. That Iman speaks fluent Persian, English and of course Swedish and knows both the Persian and Swedish culture by heart also makes it easier for him to help companies to overcome multilingual and cultural differences. Furthermore has Iman had a life full of adventure and lived in many different cities throughout his life.
