As a marketing person with limited IT knowledge you just dread having to go 'cap in hand' to the IT team with 'another problem' !..... Ian wasn't one of those people. Clearly expert in his field he managed to offer advice and help without so much as a raised eyebrow or a 'have you tried switching it off and on again?!' - Seriously though, a solid IT professional, helpful and welcoming also to myself as a new employee during my time at PMS. Ian would a great addition to any team both professionally, and to cheer morale.
