Ian is an exceptional leader, who really empowers the people around him whilst still providing clarity and direction. He's a master at making sure progress continues to be made in a sometimes complex environment with many diverse stakeholders. He's also a major change agent, always willing to challenge the status quo in order to make things better for the customer and the business.
