Identifying and creating a business plan for player development that will suit a market that is facing significant changes to its customer base. Overseeing and guiding the architectural planning of the interior construction and layout including communal areas between the hotel and casino property. Intrinsically involved in sourcing and negotiating with a variety of companies and vendors offering the full gamut of gaming hardware and software systems. Devising manpower requirements to maintain the operation on a 24-hour basis and reaching out through my business network to headhunt key personnel for recruitment. Formulating the training materials and procedure manuals that will be used for the Table Operations. Overseeing the development of the Casino Management System and other required gaming systems including the Key Management System. Organizing the design and orders of both the cash chips and playing cards for the property. All aspects of the development were complete and ready to go before the project was suspended indefinitely. Working closely with slot machine manufacturers in planning the choice and layout of the slot machine operation. Liaising with the partnership of our key operators in the Junket area and drafting contract agreements accordingly. Assisting the company, in a Business Development role, as I broached negotiations with new 5-star hotel chains to open within our resort.
