I worked indirectly for Ian as the project manager for a multi-country SAP implementation of a Kingspan acquired company. He was the business leader and my goto person for all business escalations. Ian provided vision, drive and business expertise at all stages of the project allowing me to concentrate on the project delivery. He has a fantastic eye for detail on the issues that needed resolving and is always clear in his communications on what was required to ensure a successful project. He ensured that roadblocks were removed and that the business change management could be completed with the minimum of fuss. Ian is a genuine business leader who ensures that the goal is reached in project terms but also ensuring that the business as usual continues uninterrupted. It is his effective decision making and prioritising that allows this to happen.

I have had the privilege to have known Ian for around 8 years as a work colleague and found Ian to be extremely knowledgeable and hard working. Nothing is too much trouble and Ian is always on hand to offer help and support with very good workable and practical solutions. During SAP implementation, our areas of finance and the production process overlapped a great deal and Ian was very supportive in removing blockers and implementing best practice so I am very pleased to recommend Ian.
