  As a student/participant of the Information Technology training program in PPKPI, I was trained to have a quick comprehension, a strong memory, & exceptional logical thinking abilities. These are all foundational skills essential for a programmer & engineer aspiring for success in today's VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity) industry landscape. Within a mere span of 3 months, we were rigorously trained, molded, & honed by our esteemed teachers. In those 3 months, we were expected to be equipped for outstanding performance in the professional world, or at the very least, to become individuals who can stand independently in life. What lessons were imparted? Numerous indeed: 1. This program or training was organized & facilitated by the state, so, we adopted a culture of discipline every day. - This encompassed timely morning ceremonies & drill, - serving & showing love for the country, - teamwork & communication, - fostering a healthy & strong physique, - & many other things that shaped us into capable individuals. 2. In the Information Technology program at my high school, I learned: - Operating Systems (OS). - Assembling computer hardware. - Network systems. - Coding. - Programming. - Web developers. - Web design. - UI/UX. - Software developers. - Android app developers. - Building real projects. - And others that I might have forgotten. 3. From the discussions I've outlined in points 1 & 2, my conclusion is that the most crucial & beneficial skill I've acquired in my life is "logical thinking" or "algorithmic thinking". The reason being, logical/algorithmic thinking is an individual's ability to think clearly & sequentially when solving problems or making decisions. It is the capability to define clear steps in addressing challenges. Fundamentally, this is an aspect highly valuable & sought after in the 4.0 industry & today's era. Because, problems will always exist in various aspects, solving those issues is our way to level up. Show less
