Simulating factory production line by Enterprise Dynamics (ED) (Platform version), MINITAB, MATLAB, SPSS, EXCEL software for eliminating bottleneck in some important stations and changing unbalancing line to balancing line in the SADID company where is the biggest manufacturer GAS and WATER's pipe in the Middle East, and also we published a case study article in a journal with this subject: Balancing the production line by the simulation and statistics techniques: A Case Study, "Research Journal of Applied Sciences, Engineering and Technology", Agu 2012 to Jun 2013.Also we implemented some operations in there as follow:-We designed a layout for factory by VISO.- For each station, we prepared sheet stop watch.- We designed flowchart for each process of production line.- We found production time formula for some important station.
