With a unique blend of caring for details whilst still being highly efficient, Anna was a key resource in my team. I had the pleasure of working with Anna for a year as her manager at EF. Anna has an almost fierce urge for control of details which makes her push colleagues to deliver results and work with clear communication. She does this in a firm but friendly way and always with the customer experience in mind. This also makes her a great project manager as she constantly plans a head to ensure a smooth process. As a manager I could always trust Anna’s work to be delivered on time and of great quality. Hence, she was the outspoken number two in the team and acted as team leader from time to time. Anna’s main interest lies with in marketing and project management, something she did with great success at EF. However a big part of her work load at EF was sales oriented. Anna was a top seller who could deliver consistent results over long periods combined with other heavy project engagements. We miss Anna at EF and I would personally be happy to work with her again.
