I worked with Hannah at HMP Bronzefield where she an HR and L&D Administrator. Hannah was great to work with, has a real can do attitude, is able to work at pace, taking on key information and assessing what to do with it, whilst making key relationships along the way. Hannah was an invaluable member of the team, made the workplace an easy place to work with her personality and had an ability to think with fresh eyes to all the scenarios we were working with.

Hannah, is an incredibly driven, engaging, and adaptable individual. During our time at Eastleigh colleague Hannah was able to quickly assimilate news idea and recognise the impact both positive and negative these could have in a business environment. She was also able to explain work clearly and present work in a large group setting with ease. During our time studying towards our CIPD Level 5 qualification we worked together on several group assignments. Hannah had the abilities of a leader often directing the team, in a collaborative and engaging way. This was highly valuable as she was also able to keep morale high, especially as many of us would have come in to the class after a long days work. Hannah noticed when the class would be subdued, and was always happy to contribute. The work we created as a team was always highly regarded by our lecturer. What I appreciated most of working with Hannah is her tireless work ethic that was apparent with all tasks she took on. I especially loved the value contributions made in class and how the examples she provided showed she was using her new-found knowledge within her organisation to a positive effect. It was a pleasure to work alongside Hannah, and only hope to have this pleasure again.
