  Maintain and upgrade on all production equipment as well as new equipment installation and troubleshoot breakdowns including PLC, HMI, Temperature and PID Controller, Pneumatic, and Hydraulic systems. Conduct daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly preventative Maintenance repairs as per manufacturer specifications. Increase efficiency and productivity of production equipment by modifying control systems and PLC program Redesign, rewire, test, program, and commission various production lines with PLC, HMI, AC/DC, and Servo Drivers Repair electronic PCB Supervise and train maintenance team include electricians and millwrights to provide preventative maintenance as well as efficient and quick response to breakdowns Provide technical support and respond to calls from production lines and attend to the site if needed to ensure continuous production during nights and weekends
