  Law firm set up in April 2008, Richelieu Avocats is now a 12 lawyers firm covering all the needs of any manager or shareholder in the course of business life. Initially specialized in business litigation (including any civil, commercial, criminal, labour claims and disputes, enforcement proceedings and bankruptcy issues). It also provides legal advice relating to labour law, commercial law, criminal risks and commercial agreements (drafting, negotiation with respect to their provisions or their termination). Since 2012, we have a corporate and tax department held by Guillaume Marguet.
