  Responsible for all aspects of the implementation of the TIPQA™ software product at major Aerospace & Defense and Medical Device manufacturing sites. Responsibilities at each implementation site included, performing initial Engineering Review, software enhancement design, creating specifications and managing any required software changes to completion, mapping business processes to software suite, business process re-engineering, data conversions, interfaces, Subject matter expert Training and implementation support.My responsibilities included all aspects of pre-sales activity including technical and functional questions from potential customers, closing strategy, pre-project planning and software demonstrations. Played a major role in 10 successful TIPQA™ User Group conferences, responsibilities included planning the agenda, preparing content, giving presentations and assisting with customer entertainment activities.Averaged 30 to 40 weeks a year travel during the 11 year employment period.
