      I had a desire to improve Business broking procedures that lowered the risk of Sellers information being compromised coupled to speeding up the sale from months on the market to just days. This has been successful by implementing systems and procedures that are not available with other business Brokerages:1. Introduction of an internet based CRM that automatically generates most of the required documentation. Our CRM cross matches Sellers with Buyers at the click of a mouse. Our current Buyer data base is one of the largest in Australia encompassing over 4000 registered Buyers.2. High quality business report on every business we sell. Most brokers produce a report that contains a few pages of basic information, however we changed the ground rules by producing full colour reports that contained over 100 pages of detailed analysis. With the Buyer having all the information up front saves time, hassle and costs.3. No other Business Broking company deals with confidentially like us. We implemented a system where every buyer must sign a 4 page confidentiality agreement. Most Brokers will have what we would call a generic confidentiality agreement, where the name of the business is NOT mentioned.In contrast, our agreement states your business name, making the agreement more enforceable. After all, without linking the buyer to your business makes it hard to take action if your confidentiality is compromised. Our agreement also stipulates a return date of all the information, plus a financial penalty fine if the report is not returned buy the target date.5. Discreet, non identifying internet advertising. A quick look at our website will indicate we do thing differently than other brokers. For starters we don't sun it up the flag pole and see who salutes. Rather we advertise the business's features rather than information can identify the business.
