I had the privilege of working with Gopal during my initial part of career and that 1.5 years gave me an enormous learning both in the domain as well as corporate culture. It is very hard to find an opportunity to work with the senior most in the company while joining as a fresher and I got that rare opportunity. Initial days were fearful but in a few days I understood Gopal is beyond the generation gap and he can work with any level of people. The amount of time I got with him to get trained on the work as well as soft skills was great and I am carrying that learning still which cannot be compared with any of the soft skills training I attended in the later stages. Gopal is a great mentor with very rich experience and look forward to get a chance to work with him on the ISA chapters.
