"Engaging instructor/teacher" is what comes to my mind when I think of Gopa. I had the pleasure of coordinating with Gopa for last couple of years when I planned human behavior/personal competency workshops for associates at my company. Gopa is a down to earth, friendly person who worked with me to understand the audience who will attend the workshop (Winfluence workshop), asked questions to get deeper into the nature of work we do, different challenges we faced and prepped the session with pre-work material that would make it beneficial, meaningful and productive for those who will attend. During the workshop, he will connect with audience personally, engage them into the discussions and brings out the key takeaways from the discussion which everyone understands easily. His openness allows everyone come out of the shell to participate, managing the participation with no room for criticism leaving the participants with wholesome learning. Personally, I cherish knowing Gopa, we would discuss multiple topics and professionally he is very accommodating - One example where I appreciate he being flexible with his schedule and help me be able to plan a session before our financial year ended. Given the wealth of knowledge he has on Negotiation & Leadership topics along with the polished teaching skills he demonstrates, he is a great asset to any organization.
