    I worked as a Business Analyst and Project Manager within the Technology Group. This role involved working with the business stakeholders to define requirements and processes as well as day-by-day management of the development team, including third parties, liaising with other technology departments, overseeing the development processes and reporting status to management. I acted in this role to successfully deliver a global project to replace the legacy CRM systems (more than 20000 contacts and 400 users) with a new, Microsoft Dynamics based, CRM system. The project delivered on time and on budget. The key responsibilities I undertook were: leading an agile requirements gathering and implementation cycle, release and sprint planning, system and user testing as well as supporting business change management, including communications, training and post-go-live user support.Since the beginning of 2010, I acted in this role for the protfolio management team, leading various projects to enhance the internal trade planning system, in particular focusing on the delivery of a new platform for automated planning of trades for more than 200 structured products.
