      A global delivery partnership between AT&T, T-Systems and EDS established to deliver IT infrastructure support to Shell. Managed the contract delivery for T-Systems and AT&T ensuring that savings and environment changes proposed to Shell were achieved. AT&T agreed to move Shell telecommunications environment to MPLS, EDS had agreed to move Shell over to a new platform and T-Systems agreed to consolidate the Server environment and to ensure ALL Shell Data Centres were above Sea Level. Successfully led a team in the consolidation of Hardware Maintenance contracts and Services for T-Systems consisting of approximately 50 contracts covering Services in more than 165 countries and more than 100,000 servers.
