Enforce application through contract life so as to limit exposure to 3rd Parties. - Define and communicate the process for the management of Confidential Information and provide guidelines specific to the type of material produced and held by division.• Provide expertise and guidance to regional, marketing and business development teams both within the division and wider ST company for in-house and customer licenses. Provide training as required. - Communicating and advising on legal restrictions for use of ST and 3rd Party IP. - Establishing/clarifying status if not clear, with 3rd Parties, then advising ST’s marketing, business and regional teams on how to proceed with orders. - Defining, implementing and publishing of processes as required by specific contracts.
