Achievements:  renewing product range, I introduce a quantitative asset management approach  Lipper award as “Italy best fund manager - balanced funds category” over 2001-2004 period  10% overall over-performance compared to the competitors (Assogestioni datas) When i joint the company, it had 200 million euros in AUM, a loss in its balance sheet and almost all 14 funds managed in the last perfromance quartile. I redefine the management process, the stock picking criteria, and features and mission of all funds managed. In the following five-year period the company improves its AUM to around 2 billion euros, places almost all funds in the first performance quartile and achieves a profit of around 2.5 million euros.
