At Ordina I have the opportunity to work with new SAP technologies. We are currently building solutions based on SAPUI5, Fiori, SAP Cloud Platform, Mobile Services and related services. We strive to help our customers improve their efficiency using various technologies from SAP and other vendors. Using our value based discovery approach we are able to identify pains & gains at our customer and deliver high value applications in an agile way.I am mostly involved during the complete life cycle of a project, from presales to delivery. On smaller projects I develop code myself, but on bigger ones I also act as scrum master/project manager. But I never stay away too long from the technical side. Because of this high involvement, I have very good knowledge about the SAP Cloud offerings and licensing, and what is exactly needed to meet the goal of the project.One of the most interesting projects I've worked on is Smart Reel Tracking at Proximus, where we use LoRa sensors and SAP IoT services and Application Enablement + custom development on CloudFoundry to track reels with copper cable in the field. This includes guiding off- and near-shore developers, creating test scripts and assisting in the development of testing strategies. I was responsible for small IT project for small businesses. Projects ranges from creating websites to installing servers and Voip systems. I expanded my knowledge of open source systems and learned a lot about dealing with the individual needs of the customer. I introduced Ubuntu, Trixbox and Vmware virtualization into the company. I also set up and maintained a hosted Zimbra mail system. Most of the projects I worked on my own, so I learned to be problem solving, analytic and persistent. Since 2011 my activities at Teknoza / OfficeXL have diminished due to my full time job as SAP consultant. However I'm still coming in the picture for disaster recovery and securing servers. I was a team member of Karel de Grote University College's Formula Student Racing Team. The goal of the formula student competition is to build a small formula racing car. With 4 other classmates, I was responsible for the electronics in the car. I learnt how to design and manufacture PCB's, program industrial micro controllers and work in a team. This was a great experience, and eventually we left a great impression at the event in Silverstone, UK. I was a team member of Karel de Grote University College's Formula Student Racing Team.
