I manage the organization which includes a $100k+ fund, day-to-day operations and business development. I am also responsible for making the decision of loaning out the money. We found that there was just nothing for high-schoolers to do on the weekends and that dances/mixers at school were becoming very unpopular. Our initial dance parties were a huge hit, and it took off from there. Our biggest event to date: a new years party in downtown Rochester.
