Gary Talpas is a phenomenally good Executive Assistant and all-round business professional. He is a highly skilled communicator and represents the organization impeccably both externally and internally. Gary is an excellent project manager, with an impressive understanding of all aspects of running an executive office in the services industry. His mastery of technology and marketing and communications set him apart from other EA's I have seen and worked with. Gary is very self-improvement focused and has a genuine hunger for knowledge. Whilst at Hudson he learned a great deal about the recruitment and talent management businesses and the HR function and I am sure he will put this to use in his next position. Gary is a fast learner and quickly wins friends and admirers in the organization - so that he is able to efficiently overcome obstacles and get things done through others around him. Any company that is lucky enough to hire Gary will find that he hits the ground running and delivers excellent value from day 1. I certainly hope to have the opportunity to work with Gary again.

Gary is a great talent who utilizes a variety of skills to communicate and coordinate effectively while being preemptive in his approach to problem solving. He is able to be hugely successful while maintaining great relationships with his colleagues and supervisors. I would recommend him easily for any fitting opportunity.
