  My particular skills in Brooklyn Mixed Martial Arts is helping everyone young and old, big and small, male or female develop body awareness. I'll provide knowledge about the sport of judo, self defense techniques and also simple drills to help with coordination. I also bring my knowledge of training for competition mentally and physically for athletes with the desire to compete in Judo, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Cage Fighting.
