I would highly recommend Eric Gardner to anyone who wants to engage a critical mind and strong work ethic packaged with sophisticated technical skills. Having supervised Eric on a variety of both short and long-term consulting engagements with clients ranging from one of the most innovative companies in the world to the largest membership non-profit, I happily attest to his ability to dance in the moment while driving a strategic direction. Our partnerships have resulted in highly effective, impactful benefits to clients stemming from originally conceived content and energetically delivered programs for Fortune 500 companies in industries as diverse as banking, sports apparel, and insurance. Eric is an emergent leader who reads broadly, has a quick grasp of the conceptual, and can optimize the pragmatic, often in the face of ambiguity. He is a young professional who would be an asset to any forward thinking organization requiring a curious intellect and collaborative mindset.

Eric and I worked together for 10 weeks as interns at Project Vote Smart. He was a very efficient and effective worker: he always finished his assignments ahead of time and and his work was always of the highest quality. Eric is one of the most intellectually gifted people I have ever worked with. He made a difficult job (summarizing complex legislation into easy-to-understand language) seem like a simple task. If given the opportunity, I would definitely work with Eric again at a different organization. Any company would be wise to hire Eric.
