I have had the pleasure of working with Fraser over many years; close to 25 and many in his role of Head of Design and Construction for Cineworld Cinemas. With a professional approach beyond question, Fraser steered many difficult and challenging projects through the complexities that are an everyday reality in major construction, invariably in complex locations and environments. With a canny blend of strength and fairness, he drew the best from professional relationships which ensured positive outcomes for his employer whilst instilling a huge sense of loyalty amongst his suppliers, consultants, contractors, in fact everyone who relied upon a professional and successful project outcome. I look forward to working with him in the next stage of his career.
Chris Bartlett
Fraser built and managed a team that helped drive a rapid expansion of the Cineworld estate. His dedication to the individual projects and their stakeholders, knowledge of the construction industry and internal team management were all instrumental in the success of this growth phase. Fraser allowed his team the freedom and responsibility to manage the projects whilst always providing a helping hand where required or requested. Fraser was keen to promote design and new technologies, whilst keeping control on costs and looking for ways to improve efficiencies. Fraser cared about his team and their wellbeing and so I would have no hesitation recommending him to any prospective employer.
