Built a wireless sensor mesh network consisting of five micro-controllers and wrote software to publish and integrate multiple sensor data with an existing company software product over the Internet. Designed and implemented a stress test environment for a low bandwidth wireless network stack (Zigbee/IEEE 802.15.4), to characterise layer performance under real world conditions. Involved writing custom streaming protocols to compare TCP/IP, UDP, RTSP, and RF Signal processing/simulation (dev in C, C++, Java, and MATLAB). Produced the complete circuit/wiring diagram package for a large scale classified EWOS (Electronic Warfare Operational Support) project. Gave multiple boardroom presentations and interactive demos.
