I've known Francis Rotondo (Fran, to me), since the early 1990's. He and I developed a good rapport while working closely together. Several years later, I discovered he was employed by FJB Associates in Berlin, CT. He maintained a sturdy position there, as I would have anticipated. Working with Fran is quite an easy task - he is polite, pleasant, forthright and he attends to his duties on the job diligently. I'm happy to recommend Fran.
