I have had the pleasure of working with Bogdan on a outage project in Germany. I was very impressed with his professionalism throughout the outage. Not only is he very knowledgeable in all areas of the Health & Safety sector but his ability to speak fluently in three different languages equips him with communication skills that exceeds just about anyone else that I'm aware of currently working in the H&S sector. His multi language qualities are complemented further by his likable and approachable personality, such qualities that without doubt generates a good working atmosphere and creates a positive safety culture throughout the site. Unfortunately Bogdan hasn't worked since our time together in Germany back in August. I feel its a travesty that no employer has considered utilizing his skills, I'm sure he wont be out of work much longer before some employer decides to hire his services a decision that they will never live to regret
