Defined measures, metrics, and KPIs to find the operations of each department, like sales, call center, etc. Used the metrics to define KPIs with the CEOs and other managers. Developed a strategy by collaborating with market research experts to find the best place for the following branches around the country and provinces. Developed a data-driven approach for the sales team based on metrics and KPIs and found each team's merits and disadvantages. Created analysis and dashboards for the warehouse to find the remaining products in collaboration with the R&D team in the factory; with this dashboard, we could saved 500 Million Rial (around 2000$) monthly. Create a new database for Data analysis activity in Microsoft SQL Server with T-SQL; This database works parallel with the company's database (Pardis). I defined a new document for all dashboards and reports and all analyses to work with a guideline for edit and maintaining details in the dashboards. Created reports to find the one-time buyer customers and collaborated with the CRM section to give them a competitive offer for subsequent purchases. It led to around 70 new customers buying new purchases in the first half year. (about 14-15K $). Did statistical Analysis to find how many experts need in some sections, like callcenter or salespersons in the exhibitions and events. Accomplished statistical tests to predict how often some equipment is broken? Worked with Stakeholders and managers to find the best solutions for each section and department. Used python and its libraries to scrape competitor websites and extract important features. Created a primary data warehouse and some tables and data models. Developed a python program to produce a QR-Code. Developed a web scraper and collect data, then evaluated them with NLP algorithms to understand people's reviews on the internet.
