Responsibilities: - Taking classes up to 42 members for 45 minutes to 1 hour with a back to back schedule of up to 5 consecutive classes, whilst remaining energetic and motivating for members and continually critique form and execution of exercise - Extensive cleaning and hygiene protocols to be upheld throughout sessions and upon closing of the studio - Technical explanations and corrections of exercises, offering appropriate alternatives to those unable to complete the prescribed exercise - Motivating and developing personal connections with members and fostering the iconic F45 community spirit - Adapting coaching style and member engagement to online forums and zoom throughout COVID-19 lockdowns
