Constantly read new rules and regulations to keep training as up to date as possible. During time as safety coordinator never had a single student fail an oral board due to a lack of knowledge or freeze during the initial qualification climb.

Founder/President

Founded and acted as president of a chapter of a non-profit organization with the goal of encouraging enlisted sailors to make constructive and positive decisions. Wrote organization bi-laws, oversaw meetings and communicated directly with the USS Bunker Hill's commanding officer. During this time period the program was able to prevent over twenty potential DUI's through it's free sailor "taxi" program.
